The Skulls
Skulls can only be found of normal, heroic, and legendary.To turn the skulls on go to the campaign menu and hit x.
Gold Skulls
Iron
Effect: Dying in single player missions will restart the level. Doind it on Co-op will go back to last checkpoiont.
Location: Sierra 117
How To Get It: When you've rescued Sergeant Johnson twards the end of the mission, go towards the hovering Pelican. Don't enter it, but instead turn left and run up the walkway's outer right edge. Follow the corners near the windows around the building until you reach a dead end at the right. That's where the skull is. Down below are some pics of the skull's location.
Black Eye
Effect: You must melee enemies to recharge your shields or be able to get an overshield.
Location: Crow's Nest
How To Get It: Right when you start the mission , look up. There will be grey pipes above you, on the left hand side of the room. The skull is on top of the big, fat one. To get up there, you need to climb the stairs, then use the crates and the steel beams as stepping stones to the pipe. When you get ontop of the pipe go all the way to the end until you see the skull. Below are some pics of the skull's location.
Tough Luck
Effect: The enemies will always charge, dive, and never flee from a fight.
Location: Tsavo Highway
How To Get It: Halfway through the level, after you defeat all the drones, your vehicle will come onto a freeway, the controller will shake and a Covenant vehicle will fly overhead. get out of the vehicle, get off the freeway on the left and climb down until you see some long, sharp pillars. Leap from one pillar to the next pillar, on the left of the cliff there will be a ledge that has the skull on it. Below are some pics of the skull's location.
Catch
Effect: Enemys have unlimited grenades and will always use them.
Location: The Storm
How Tp Get It: Get to the first area with, not the area with the Scarab. The skull is on top of the water tower post thing in the middle. Park your Warthog on the side of the tower facing the buildings (and away from the cliff) should give you the height necessary, but the best way is to use friends or a grenade jump. Before you do this, you should kill your team so they don't destroy the Wraith. If the Wraith is destroyed, the skull will disappear. Below are some pics of the skull's location.
Fog
Effect: Your radar goes away.
Location: Floodgate
How To Get It: When you start the mission, as you head away from the hill top and into the base where the Flood is, a Flood zombie will leap from one rooftop to another. Snipe the one in midair and the skull will drop onto the ground. Don't kill it on the rooftop or the skull go away. If you're doing this on single player mode, kill the Arbiter and get his carbine. Below are some pics of the skull's location.

Just to say. Skulls can only be found on the Normal difficulty or higher than that. And skulls once you get them you only have to save and quit a game. And you can still get it.
